The Zoom sessions are each Thursday starting from October 20 at 7.30-9.30 pm CET - 6.30-8.30 pm GMT - 1.30-3.30 pm EST - 10.30 am-12.30 pm PST
 
- eight weekly 2-hour live zoom-sessions with Tej Steiner & Greet Heylen
- all sessions will be recorded
- an additional 30-60 minute online session each week with other course members
- Tej Steiners's Waking Up with Everyone Around Us will be used as course text book
- a regular personal journaling practice is recommended
