CREATING YOUR OWN DAILY PRACTICE
We can divide health into different areas of life. Primarily: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual/relational health. Then we can go further and divide life itself into the different areas of interest: our health in these five aspects, our work, our primary relationship or partnership, family, friendships, community, our leisure time, our relationship with Nature, service to others, our involvement with the arts, to name a few of the larger areas of interest.
We can then create a daily practice by looking at what we want to intentionally focus our attention on; areas that we want to shore up, expand, correct or better enjoy. Within all of these areas, there are things that we can do and simply be more conscious of for any period of time. This would be our daily practice.
